At a/stir (pronounced uh-sturr), we offer contemporary gluten-free Northern Mediterranean cuisine - Spanish, French, Italian, Greek & Turkish - courtesy of Executive Chef Ton Yazici and Chef De Cuisine Carlos Gutierrez. We specialize in wine, cider and spirit flights, as well as a specialty cocktails program curated by Aria Bare & Josh Malison. Since we are located in the home of former legendary bar/tavern, Capitol Cider, we kept some of the favorites from its menu as an homage to its 10+ glorious years of service. FINE PRINT - Last seating on weekdays is at 9pm (kitchen closes at 9:30), weekends at 9:30pm (kitchen closes at 10:30). - We require a credit card hold for reservations for 5+. For tables 9+, email info@astirseattle.com. - Large table (5+ guests) no-shows will result in a $35 per seat charge. - Large tables (5+ guests) that show up with less than the reserved number of seats will also be subject to $35 per seat charge.
