“Exceptional Dining Experience – Beyond Just Great Food! ​I had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Benjamin Steakhouse Prime. ​The food was incredible—the ribeye, mushrooms, peppers, shrimp, and Pinot Noir paired together beautifully. I was especially impressed by their plates, which kept everything perfectly warm throughout the entire meal, allowing us to enjoy every bite at the right temperature. ​What truly sets this place apart, however, is the outstanding service and attention to detail. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and attentive. The manager even made a point to personally come over to our table to greet us. Everyone, including the manager, was impeccably dressed and treated the guests with the utmost respect and professionalism. While you can get a steak anywhere, their top-tier hospitality made the entire dining experience feel so much more special and memorable. ​The absolute highlight of their service was how they handled our leftovers. At most restaurants, servers tend to place large to-go bags right on the table in front of you, which can block your view and feel a bit disruptive. But here, the server thoughtfully showed me the bag first and then gently placed it on my chair so it wouldn’t clutter my table or block my sightline. This tiny, mindful gesture showed a level of true care that deeply impressed me. ​If you are looking for amazing food combined with WORLD CLASS SERVICE, this is the place to go. “I’m really glad I decided to give Benjamin Prime Steakhouse a second chance — this visit was outstanding and totally changed my mind! Parking was super easy right out front, which was a nice start. The hospitality from the second we walked in was next-level. Ben the manager was right at the door and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived — he was warm, friendly, and a real joy to speak with. Andy the manager also stopped by our table to check on us, asked how our dinner was going, and we had a nice brief talk about the hospitality business and the menu. He’s a great guy and I really appreciated the opportunity to speak with him. Our server Benny was phenomenal too. He was super attentive, knew the menu inside out, and gave great recommendations on dishes and cocktails based on his take — he really helped us pick the right items off the menu, which made our dinner a perfect 10/10. The food was excellent. We kicked things off with fresh oysters on the half shell — briny and perfect with the lemon, capers, and sauces. The wedge salad was crisp and tasty. For the mains we had a beautiful ribeye cooked medium rare — it was excellent with a great char and the quality of the steak really stood out. We also had a really nice salmon dish. The sides were all winners too: creamy mashed potatoes, that rich baked mac and cheese with the golden top, and some great creamed spinach. We paired everything with a Barolo and a Bordeaux blend — the steak especially went great with the components of the wines. We also enjoyed their specialty cocktail called the Love Potion, which was a refreshing and delicious touch. This meal far exceeded my expectations. I get that Midtown gets crazy busy, especially in winter, but the team really showed what they’re capable of. I’ll definitely be coming back often for steaks, lunch, or business dinners. If you’re in Midtown or just looking for fine dining with excellent tier service, I highly recommend a visit to Benjamin Prime Steakhouse anytime. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Came here for an event, the food was really good! Friendly staff too! Tried the scallops, tbone ribeye, lobster mac and cheese, creme brulee and some other sides and everything was good! Shishito peppers, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, crispy Brussel sprouts, onion rings are all good 😋”

“This place looked very nice and the atmosphere/decor was elegant and well done. The service was rude. They didn't do a bad job, but they were extremely unfriendly. We ordered the burrata and seared scallops to start- the scallops were good but small portion, the burrata was the worst I've ever had and extremely small portioned. We ordered some steaks and salmon for entrees- salmon was excellent and a large serving. The steak was ordered medium rare and definitely cooked well over that. Very disappointing. We ordered fries, brussel sprouts, and the mushrooms as sides- the fries were just okay, and the brussel sprouts and mushrooms were the only truly saving grace from the experience. In the end, the cost was exorbitant and not worth it. I would not come again.”
