Lotus of Siam - Flamingo

“I hadn’t been to Lotus of Siam in about five years, and I’m happy to say it’s every bit as good as I remembered. I was there with two coworkers and we shared the egg rolls and chicken satay to start. Both were excellent, and I especially liked the fresh vegetable relish that came with the appetizers, it added a really bright, fresh flavor. For my entrée, I ordered the Rad Na with pork. The wide rice noodles combined with the yellow curry sauce were outstanding, and the minced pork was packed with flavor. The portion was generous, and everything we ordered was fresh, filling, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The service was attentive throughout the meal, and the staff made us feel well taken care of without ever being intrusive. If it’s been a while since your last visit like it had been for me, don’t hesitate to come back. The food is just as memorable as I remembered, and I’ll definitely be returning.”

“Excellent Thai Seafood and Professional Service, But Expect Vegas Pricing We booked dinner for four on a busy EDC weekend in Las Vegas and were pleasantly surprised to be seated within about five minutes despite the crowds. The food was consistently good across the board. The standout was the whole fried fish, which arrived beautifully fried, well-seasoned, and conveniently filleted and cut for sharing. The filet mignon was cooked exactly as ordered and very flavorful. The crab fried rice came with a generous amount of crab and was easily large enough to share. We also enjoyed the mango salad, though the portion was smaller than expected, and the shareable Tom Yum soup was delicious but likewise felt undersized for a group of four. Service was excellent. A coordinated team of servers managed our section, delivering food, clearing plates, and checking on us throughout the meal. Everything moved efficiently, and requests were handled quickly and professionally. Overall, we enjoyed the meal and would recommend this restaurant for quality Thai cuisine and attentive service. The only consideration is the price. Dinner for four, including three alcoholic drinks and gratuity, came to about $450. While the food and service were very good, this is definitely not inexpensive Thai food, and at that price point there are several other strong dining options competing for your attention in Las Vegas. Still, if you’re looking for an upscale Thai dining experience, it’s worth a visit.”

“Wow, is all I can say in all good ways! I love Thai food and each restaurant, city, state is always different. I had treated myself and a friend of mine spontaneously to have dinner here. Parking was almost full, we walked in and we were greeted immediately and said the wait was 20 mins unless if we wanted to sit at the bar, so we did 3 guys were bartending everyone was smiling, light hearted, welcoming and very attentive I learned and discovered a few more drinks and tried their Thai lager, delicious! 🍺 They were answering all questions and also having short in between convos with us My friend ordered the pad Thai with prawns I had ordered the Thai spaghetti 🍝 but they were out so I tried the drunken noodles. Both amazing dishes but that pad Thai was beyond the best pad Thai I've ever had and for the first time I tried prawns with the skin deep fried twice with an amazing garlic sauce Their Thai milk tea is yummy I'm glad I tried this restaurant and definitely will be coming back for more of everything!”

“We stopped in on a Friday night. The food was good, but the two standouts for me were the prawns appetizer and the Tom Kha with shrimp soup was the best I think I’ve ever had. A lemon grass coconut milk mixture. I wanted to lick the bowl lol. Everything else was good.”

“Some dishes were pretty amazing, others were just okay. It was super busy and the wait was kinda long. Service was very meh. Khao Soi: Meh This is one of my favorite dishes of all time and I seek it out where ever I go but this place misses the mark completely. We ordered the same spice level for all of our dishes but this one was barely spicy at all which is basically disrespectful to the dish itself. Flavors muted and it wasn't that bright as it should have been Nam khao: GET!! This is what I would come back for and maybe give them a second chance. It was perfectly spicy, crispy, crunchy. So flavorful and the meat was just so tasty and fermented perfectly. Pad thai: Maybe? It's basic but they do it decently. Nothing special but its still enjoyable Food: 6/10 Atmosphere: 6/10 Value: 6/10 Servie: 5/10”
