Ruthie's All-Day - Arlington

“We had a great experience at Ruthie’s for brunch. We ordered the brisket Benedict as well as the omelette (which unfortunately doesn’t have a picture here). We also loved the sides- skillet cornbread was soft and buttery and the deviled eggs were so savory. We had a few mocktails as well, all of which were unique and tasted refreshing. Wonderful brunch spot with friends or a date!”

“Ruthie’s is one of those places we come back to again and again. It’s our go-to spot for taking friends and family when they visit because we know it never disappoints. Yes, weekend reservations can be tough if you don’t plan ahead. And yes, service can slow down a bit when they’re busy. But the food? Always worth it. We love the cornbread, deviled eggs, fried chicken biscuit, anything with brisket, the grits, potato salad, lattes, and of course the cookies. Everything is consistently delicious. Plan ahead for a reservation, be patient with parking and service during peak times, and you’ll be rewarded with an incredible meal. Such a gem.”

“Wow! This place is awesome. We went on a Wednesday lunch time. The place was rammed, so I would highly recommend making a reservation. Even though it was extremely busy the service was friendly, fast and efficient. It wasn’t too noisy despite it being crowded. Our food turned up in good time and was hot. We ordered the dry rubbed wings and the pulled pork meat plate with Slaw, beans and french fries. Everything was delicious. Plentiful portions too. Even though I shared our dish with my husband we still had food left over to take home. Would really look forward to a return visit to try other menu items. The Brisket looked fabulous.”

“Ruthie’s All Day provided great service—everyone was very friendly and personable. The restaurant has a nice, cozy vibe. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and started with the deviled eggs and buffalo wings. We also tried a few cocktails from the bar. While the drinks weren’t watered down with too much ice (which we appreciated), they were a bit too light on the alcohol. For our mains, she ordered the burger and I had the brisket sandwich with crispy Brussels sprouts. The burger was average, and the brisket sandwich was just okay—the brisket was a little dry and overcooked. Overall, lunch was decent, and I wouldn’t mind coming back to try their breakfast or dinner to see how it compares.”

“not worth the hype. if you’re looking for flavorful food, this is not your go-to place. very limited menu options overall. food was below average overall as well. we ordered deviled eggs, hush puppies, fried chicken biscuit, and rad burger. the 1 star for food is only for deviled eggs and their house sauce, as those were the only falvorful items. rad burger came with soggy bottom half. their house sauce was good though. fried chicken biscuit was dry to eat. chicken was very sweet as it came overly dipped in honey. chicken on the inside was undercooked. they seem to have more alcoholic drinks than food options. coffee was also below average.”
