I had the Dover Sole, and while many people visit Savoy Grill for the famous Beef Wellington, I have to say… the Dover Sole is truly legendary. The service was impeccable from start to finish. We were looked after by Safal, who clearly knows exactly what he’s doing and genuinely loves what he does. That kind of passion makes the experience even more special. The wine selection was also very interesting and beautifully curated. From the moment we arrived until the very end, everything felt out of this world. “We came to England for a month of site seeing and eating here was on our bucket list. First of all, we sat down and realized Gordon Ramsey was there! We were stoked because he’s much appreciated in the states and because we knew the staff was going to be extra good to us because he’s the boss! Anyways, the service from start to finish was nothing I’ve ever encountered anywhere and was amazing! All of them.. hostess, waiters, drink guy, dessert guy.. were the best at making each guest feel special. The food, drinks, desserts were delicious and clearly quality. The manager was walking around, greeting guests and making sure it was all going smoothly. It’s a night my family will never forget and cherish the memory.”

“Been coming here many times throughout the years and the service is always great. We always request a booth table along the sides and have always been given that. The wine selection is exquisite. The menu (aside from the staple dishes like beef Wellington) is changed, such as that we’ve never had the same menu in around 10 years of coming here once or twice a year. It has always been a great experience that now holds some beautiful memories for us. It’s our tradition to dine here whenever we’re in London.”

“We wanted our first visit to London to be memorable. So on our last night before we leave the city, we had our dinner at the Savoy Grill. We decided to go all in by trying the Savoy Experience from the menu, a 5 course menu that includes the Beef Wellington as the main course. Every course was perfectly served, and when the beef wellington was served it really did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations, the meat melts in your mouth, while the outside crispy and flaky. It was really good pairing it with red wine. Our server Laxman was really great, he helped make the experience really good by providing us recommendation and information about every dish that was served. Indeed, this made our trip to London a core memory for us.”
