“I had a truly wonderful experience at Scott’s in London. The seafood was outstanding, incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared, and I even tasted probably the best British champagne I’ve ever had. The service was excellent : professional, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. It was a spontaneous lunch after shopping, and I felt very lucky to get a table without a reservation, which made the experience feel even more special. The whole visit felt elegant yet relaxed, and I enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend Scott’s and I will definitely be back.”

“I was visiting from Canada and took my partner here for his birthday dinner. The atmosphere is incredible. Not to loud, not to dark, but also it feels lively enough and not like an old folks home. The service was very attentive, servers do not chat much but are just there when you need them. The food was excellent. Simple dishes done their best. I recommend the miso salmon it was the star of the show. Also all the drinks and wine we had were excellent.”

We started with the grilled octopus, tender and rich in taste, followed by a beetroot salad that was both refreshing and beautifully plated. The oysters were incredibly fresh — a true delicacy. The truffle risotto was smooth, creamy, and infused with an elegant truffle aroma, while the potatoes were perfectly crisp and seasoned to perfection. We also ordered a few additional dishes, each prepared with remarkable attention to detail. To finish, the dessert was simply delightful — the perfect sweet ending to a memorable meal. From start to finish, the dining experience at Scott’s was outstanding — impeccable service, a sophisticated ambiance, and flavors that leave a lasting impression. “We were fortunate enough to secure a table outside, which made for some excellent people-watching. Unfortunately, the boy racers were out in force and making quite a racket! Of course, this was no fault of the restaurant. The food was delightful throughout. The Bakewell dessert was lovely, although a little on the sweet side for my taste. The cucumber cocktail, however, was wonderfully refreshing and the perfect accompaniment to the meal. I found the pricing to be entirely in keeping with a white-tablecloth restaurant of this standard. My only criticism is that our side plates for the bread were cleared away rather early, leaving us with nowhere to place it while we were still eating. That small point aside, I would happily return again and again. Judging by the number of loyal customers, many of whom have been coming for years, I’m clearly not alone in that opinion. My guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well. I’ve also had the pleasure of dining at the Richmond, which of course benefits from a superior view, but this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience in its own right and one I’d gladly repeat.”
