“We had an early Father's Day celebration dinner here, and it was easily the highlight of our entire San Antonio trip. We were seated exactly at our reservation time, and our waitress, Mia, was patient, attentive, and very helpful throughout the evening. Like many others have mentioned, I found myself wanting to spend a few moments admiring each dish before digging in, as they were beautifully presented. We ordered the oyster and pork belly appetizer, along with one entrée per adult, and the portions were surprisingly generous. We also received several complimentary items, including freshly baked bread served with homemade garlic butter that looked like a work of art. When we asked for more bread for our little one, the staff happily accommodated us. Everything tasted fresh and was seasoned perfectly. Before the appetizer and entrées arrived, we were served a complimentary purée and sorbet as palate cleansers. To top it all off, dessert was provided on the house, along with a small sweet treat for each guest at the table when we were leaving. This was our first Michelin dining experience, and while the price point is certainly on the higher end, it was absolutely worth it. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable evening!”

“Could not recommend this restaurant enough! My husband and I went here for my birthday dinner and did the tasting menu with wine pairings. Every course was incredible, explained to us in detail, and the wine pairings were perfect - we left very full and happy. Our server Catherine and wine sommelier Jacob were both so attentive and knowledgeable and kind. Thanks to them we had an amazing experience at Signature. We will be sure to visit again.”

“I had an outstanding experience here that fully exceeded my expectations for a San Antonio restaurant. I figured it would be nice, but the experience I had was wonderful. There is a somewhat small dining room that looks into the open kitchen and also over the golf course of La cantera resort so the scenery is gorgeous to begin with. The service is incredible with knowledgeable waitstaff who can assist with choices about wine or from the menu. The entire experience is very curated like a fine dining restaurant and very farm to table as well. The pork belly appetizer was melt in your mouth delicious. Now it is pricey and could be difficult to get a reservation so I would say this is a place for special occasions. Highly recommend checking this place out!”
