“JB, our server, was incredibly friendly and funny - he made our dining experience extra enjoyable. Vlad, was behind the bar, and recommended us a beautiful digestive shot called “Yuku Sake” - great service! Zoe took over table service towards the end and was very attentive and had a gorgeous Northern Ireland accent! Another gentleman was at the bar that evening (sorry, can’t remember his name!) and recommended an icy cocktail for my friend - she loved it! Thank you to everyone.”

“The interior of The Ivy Asia in Mayfair is an absolutely beautiful setting to enjoy a meal. There are fixed menus available for lunchtime and evening meals, or you can choose from the main menu. The food we had was beautifully presented and tasted great. Everyone working there seemed to be doing all they could to provide excellent service in what was a very busy restaurant. Any questions we had about the menu were helpfully answered by the waiters. The restaurant was spotlessly clean throughout, and both indoor and outdoor seating were available.”

“I had a wonderful dining experience at Ivy Asia Mayfair. The service was absolutely lovely from start to finish, and the whole evening felt special. A big thank you to the managers, Stuard and Luiz, who were both amazing and ensured everything ran smoothly. Their attention and professionalism really stood out. Our waitress, Yullia, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after her warmth and attentiveness made a real difference. “Perhaps one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve ever been to. The attention to detail in the interior design is stunning, including the bathrooms. The food is modern Japanese / fusion, we got the sushi/roll set for two and the sashimi quality was good (but London prices of course). I got a seasonal special cocktail that was kind of like a ginger beer - it was fantastic and tasted like real ginger, balanced with other flavours so it wasn’t overwhelming. My friend’s tea was also good. Just note that unless you are dining (I think getting full meals each), only bar seating is offered. I found this strange as the restaurant was basically empty when we visited for lunch. We liked the interior so we sat on the inner end of the bar. Apparently that’s where staff stand and chat, so we had to talk over the top of them and at other times, there was someone just standing right across from us. It would have been fine if the restaurant was packed, but was a bit weird when the area was otherwise empty and quiet. It just felt like we were being listened to and I could hear everything they were saying, although they were mostly speaking foreign languages. One of the staff didn’t make my drink properly and was reprimanded right in front of me - that also felt uncomfortable - at least take them aside? Or even better, let customers sit wherever they want when the restaurant is empty anyway. The seating restrictions just felt a bit unnecessary in the circumstances, it made me feel kind of unwelcome.”
