“We scheduled a 7:45 dinner. Being from out of town you never know what to expect. I would say that yuki Yama exceeded our expectations and we even got the kids to eat. Amazing. Trisha our server 10/10 was kind enough to let us know that we could alter any dish that we need to accommodate the kids palate. The dishes Wagyu tataki was as described. Severed on a hot rock with a citrus and cilantro dipping sauce. Dumplings Ramen Mixed nigiri from fatty tuna to red snapper it was all delicious. The atmosphere was great for a table of 5 in the back of the restaurant . Perfect for families and work parties and all of th staff was extremely kind and attentive. We will be back PCUT ! “We were able to get a reservation but only for the bar and that turned out to be just perfect. We had two sashimi appetizers from the specials menu both absolutely delicious. We did the wagyu hot plate and that was just spectacular ! We followed that up with nigiri and two rolls. Fabulous dinner. Highly recommended.”

“One of my Park City favorites. Great place for good sushi that also has options for vegetarians. I always get the yama mame. For veggie rolls, I had the umekyu and the richie green. The richie green was my favorite. I thought the corn with tajin went very well with the avocado and sweet potato tempura.”

“My son and I wanted a good sushi dinner to celebrate after his snowboard comp. After sorting through options decided to make a reservation at yuki Yama. Truly this was not just dinner. It was a dining experience. Our waiter was exceptional in giving us new rolls and sashimi to try based on our taste. The chefs choice sashimi was amazing. Particular favorite was the “ umi” ocean trout which tasted like garlic salmon that melted in your mouth. Everything was superb. Love that their crab rolls are not imitation and you get red crab and king crab. Loved the Mr Miyagi roll and the wagyu beef was the most tender I’ve ever had. Best dining experience in Park city by far. 💯recommend visiting yuki Yama.”

“It was our early to bed night tonight, and we didn’t have a reservation… I loved the honesty of “we can seat you but we need the table in an hour and a half.” That tells me that they value their customers time! We had Stacey and she was phenomenal! She helped us choose an excellent Saki and answered all our questions about the choices (because they have everything)! I love this place because all the staff are friendly and all of them work together as a real team. My 13 year old said that he thinks this is the best restaurant in Park City- because they have - “great service, great food, comfortable seating (needed when you fall on your right buttock on a rail snowboarding in the terrain park 🤣 ) and he felt very valued as a customer.” I don’t eat sushi/fish but found fantastic alternatives. Highly recommend! Considering making a reservation. 😉”
