“Everything we ate was excellent! Service was great! We will definitely go back!”
“loved visiting Serratto! The food was delicious—very flavorful and balanced—the wines we ordered were great, and Alejandro was such a kind and amazing waiter! :)”
“Beautiful food at a solid restaurant. Private dining is also a wonderful option for gatherings of all kinds. The experience is elevated and the staff are pros. The chef is able to accommodate all diets. Can’t wait to dine here again.”
“We were walking by the restaurant and were immediately drawn in by how inviting it looked, so we decided to give it a try. The maître d’ greeted us with genuine warmth and was wonderfully accommodating. I ordered the ginger-pear martini, which was incredibly flavorful. We shared the beet salad and the burger—both outstanding. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the beet salad was fresh, vibrant, and absolutely delicious”
“I live in the neighborhood and have been going to Serratto for years. Unfortunately, no more. I've had 5-star experiences there, but the last time was pretty appalling. We ate in and had a lovely time and then ordered food to-go for our family member who was working and fasting for Ramadan. Hence "no bacon." We frequently get bacon on our food by mistake after having requested to leave it off at different places, so I did a last minute check before leaving. Sure enough, bacon right on top. Annoying, but not unprecedented. The server admitted her bad, but we were still in "acceptable " territory. So, we got the "new" burger and brought it to our guy just in time for him to break his fast. When he opened the box the first thing he noticed was the fries were cold, hard and dry--inedible. Then he smelled the bacon. On inspection we saw the bacon on top had been removed, but there was more bacon layered with cheese and onion. The likely conclusion is that the cook did not prepare a new sandwich, but simply sent out the same one again. Maybe we shouldn't have said it's for a Muslim? It just seemed more intentional than negligent. How can we not assume the food was tampered with? We communicated all of this with the server and manager and, frankly, they did the best they could, but our trust is lost. We thought about people with allergies, vegetarians, dairy-free... How can they trust this kitchen? Sorry, I cannot recommend.”
