“The whole table was pleasantly surprised by this off-Strip steakhouse. Every cut of meat from the rib cap to the pork chop was well presented and cooked perfectly to order. The salad is tasty. The baked potatoes are loaded and the size of a small head. Bread service offers a good selection. Butter is soft and they they're generous with it. There are bottles of wine for every budget and palate. Service was friendly. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The room is nice and clean, nothing too fancy. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.”

“If you are looking for an incredible meal without the over-inflated price tag of a typical high end steak house, this is the spot. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and genuinely tasted better than the steaks at restaurants twice the price. The value here is outstanding. On top of the elite food, our server Matthew was absolutely fantastic attentive, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!”

“After a very lackluster birthday dinner at another restaurant the night before, I decided to celebrate the second part of my 45th birthday at Silverado Steakhouse—and I’m so glad I did because this place absolutely redeemed the night. First, the service was exceptional. Gian and Chaker took amazing care of us. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure my birthday dinner was special. Service like that truly makes a difference and they delivered top-tier hospitality. Now the food. Our table had two bone-in ribeyes (one with blue cheese topping) and both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We also ordered the prime rib with baked potato, which was excellent. The lobster mac and cheese was unfortunately very dry, but what impressed me was how quickly and professionally the staff handled it—they removed it from the bill with no hesitation. I ordered the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and creamed corn. The salmon could have used a little more seasoning, but the creamed corn was absolutely delicious. For dessert we had the New Orleans-style beignets and crème brûlée, and the beignets were AMAZING. They also surprised me with a birthday dessert and sang Happy Birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great food, outstanding service, and a team that clearly cares about the guest experience. Silverado Steakhouse turned my birthday celebration around and I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Vegas. 👌👏Highly recommend.”

“Friends were staying at the Silverado and we decided to give the steakhouse a try. We made reservations and while it was pretty busy I'm sure a walk-in could have gotten a table. That being said better to have it and not need it. We were seated right away and immediately attended too. We got some water started and bread and shortly after we got our main drink orders taken. Everything came out in a timely manner once ordered. The servers were very attentive the entire time. The drinks were very good and the bread was very good. Once our meal came out everything was cooked to order and very tasty. It really was a nice dinner, we were never rushed and maybe there was a little too much time between courses but that's not the worst thing. Overall very good and I'd say a must if you're staying there at the Silverado.”
