“We loved it! Yes the wait was longer than usual, I don’t know why, but we absolutely loved the food and the interior. Very modern and elegant. The staff were cordial and professional . We definitely will be back 🍽️”

“Overall a pretty mediocre experience. Food was about what you'd expect but nothing incredible, what really hurt them was their service and speed. We ordered very simple meals, Avocado Toasts and a classic breakfast spread and waited about over an hour for the food to come out. The waiter was somewhat communicative about the hold up but didn't check in nearly as much as I'd expect for the wait time. We frequently had empty waters while we waited, mind you they were maybe at half capacity. We didn't seem to be the only table with extensive wait times either. I would give them another shot but I'd maybe sit at the bar.”

“First time today. Ordered the fettuccine alfredo. Possibly the worst tasting meal I have ever had anywhere. I love garlic but this tasted like someone had dumped in a Costco sized jar of it. Brought it home for my daughter as she's a nut for garlic ... she gagged on the 1st bite. Location is great, clean, cute and comfy. Service was great and speedy. Don't order the fettuccine alfredo.”

“I had high hopes for Sonder’s new location at Belcourt Village, but our meal tonight was a complete disaster and a disappointment from start to finish. We waited over an hour for our food, and when we finally asked for an update, we were told it would be at least another 20 minutes. This was after ordering simple items like burgers and sandwiches, nothing complicated. To make matters worse, it took nearly 30 minutes just to get water at the table, and that only happened after asking multiple times. The drinks were equally underwhelming and not worth the wait. Service overall felt completely disorganized and inattentive. Honestly, I should have taken the hint when I walked in. A waitress was openly chastising the hostess in front of guests, and I witnessed another couple walk out because they weren’t being helped at all. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I can’t recommend this place. I’ll be encouraging others nearby to head to The 19th Hole Grill & Sports Bar instead. Best of luck to Sonder, they are going to need it”
