“I made the very good decision to give Stone Cellar Bistro a try last night. No regrets at all! What a great meal. On arrival, I noticed the relatively spartan interior dominated by a sizable bar, and I wondered what I had gotten myself into. Well, those concerns evaporated quickly. I was treated like royalty by multiple staff members, who did not fail to greet me by name. The menu, which I learned changes frequently based on seasonality and availability of ingredients, was a catalogue of delicious temptations. After much deliberation, I went with the braised brisket with ramp stracciatella agnolotti — and it arrived beautifully presented and was as delicious as it sounds. The meal was topped off with banana bread Madeleine, which was a delightfully chaotic explosion of many of my favorite dessert ingredients! I steered clear of the very tempting appetizers because I was dining solo and most of them are portioned for sharing, so I will be sure to come with friends next time! Hopefully that will be very soon.”

“My new favorite restaurant in the Denver Metro area! Amazing food, wine and service! Sounds like the menu changes regularly but our server said the fried chicken with hot honey appetizer is always on the menu. That great because it is my favored fried chicken I have ever had. The pork belly app with pineapple salsa was perfect. But the star of the show was the lamb neck with homemade gnocchi.”

“Our first visit was for their Valentines fixed menu. We were not disappointed. We had a great meal, the owner introduced himself, and we tried things we normally wouldn’t have. My favorite was the butternut squash soup and Waldorf salad. My husband loved the halibut and rolls. The vibe was awesome!”
