“I was there for the cancer survivor event that ProHealth sponsored! It was held in the beautiful Lake Country Ballroom. The staff from The Ingleside Hotel were all so very kind and helpful. The hors d'oeuvres were so good! So thankful for this time of encouragement!”
“We ended up at the Ingleside due to not having any hot water for a few days - it was a LOVELY room, very clean, and the shower was amazing. We were on the first floor, closer to the water park, so there was some noise during the day, but it wasn't a problem for us. Lots of parking and it felt quiet despite being close to the interstate. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.”
“Overall a great experience compared to a few hotels I been too. Life guards were attentive, scanning the water, walking along the edge. The staff was respectful and kind the little bit we’ve talked to them. It is a smaller water park but my 7 yr old had a lot of fun & asked when we could go back. I just wish they allowed Carry ins in the pool (like a water bottle). The door leading to the hall seemed thin but again life isn’t perfect and it was a perfect little trip.”
“The place is pretty cool overall. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially Dave at the front desk. You can tell it’s an older building but still looks beautiful all around. My only gripe is the price we paid for one room she the water park passes. Totaled over $400 for one night. A 19 hour stay for $400. Plus we spent an extra $110 on drinks and food. Which the food was very good, especially the breakfast buffet snd their pizza. I’d definitely come back but for maybe half the price?”
“Me and my wife decided to stay here the night of our wedding on our way to door county for our honeymoon. Not only did were they unable to find our reservation(they confirmed the code was legit and not our fault) but fixed it by putting us in a room that was probably the worst possible, loud, full of light from the street, and SMALLER, then what we reserved. Took half an hour for them to figure out what to do when they couldn’t find us in their system. Worst experience to ever have, especially on the night of our wedding when we planned to stop here on our way up to door county.”
