“This restaurant absolutely blew us away! We came here for Valentine’s Day, and from the salad and soup to the drinks, entrées, and dessert, every dish was beautifully crafted and full of flavor. The attention to detail was truly top-notch, honestly better than many high-end spots in D.C. Our server, Diyaa, was so delightful and attentive, which made the whole experience even more special. “Consistently our favorite restaurant for fine dining and special occasions. Recently celebrated birthday at Truss. Meal was excellent. Started with DEVILED EGGS Five homemade deviled eggs. Delicious. Nice Dijon flavor. Superb. Also had... ROASTED BEET + CITRUS Roasted beets, citrus preserves, spiced walnuts, arugula, goat cheese Fantastic fresh salad. Flavor combinations were perfect. Mains RARE SEARED TUNA Potato gnocchi, avocado, togarashi spice, aji amarillo, shaved turnip, sweet soy Highlight of the evening. Each ingredient was wonderful.”

“We enjoyed everything. Friendly and informative staff. Greeted appropriately and sat quickly. We had the seasoned carrots, wedge salad, hanger steak and chocolate mousse. The broccoli served with the hanger steak was a pleasant surprise, well seasoned and delicious. The carrots are a definite must. We had James as our server and her performed to expectations in every way; friendly, informative, and good charisma. Beautiful and well thought out space. Seating made sense and was well spaced. Bar looked full and well adorned, the bartender looked like a pro. We will come back next time we come through town.”
