“Very relaxing vibe, not too loud and not too quiet. Food was delicious and our server, Muna, was attentive and very respectful! I ordered and Korean chicken appetizer and Taro Tatare - which were absolutely a must-try. We then got the Salmon Dream, Volcano, and Crunchy Hako Roll. Definitely coming back again to try the Wagyu!”

“Wow. Umi completely blew us away tonight. Every single thing we ordered was outstanding. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the presentation was beautiful, the croquettes were perfectly crispy, and the short rib entrée was unreal. Honestly, everything was a 10/10. But the biggest standout of the night was our server, Katie. She was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and somehow always there exactly when we needed something without ever being overbearing. We eat out a lot, and she is genuinely one of the best servers we’ve ever had. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and top-tier service. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend Umi if you’re in Winter Park.”

“My husband and I went with my sister and her boyfriend and this restaurant did not disappoint. We tried many of the dishes but be sure to get the truffle udon with pork belly as well as the kimchi croquettes. We had so much fun at this restaurant and everything we tried was simply amazing. Our waiter Ray offered excellent service, recommended great dishes, and had nothing but nice things to say about his occupation as well as the owners. We’ll be sure to be back to this stable great sushi place with an awesome array of Asian fusion options.”
