“Tonight was our first time dining here, and what an incredible experience from start to finish! Alberto, our bartender, was fantastic. He brought our drinks and was incredibly knowledgeable about the flights, helping us find the perfect pairings. Andrew, the steak connoisseur, provided an outstanding recommendation that absolutely exceeded our expectations. Michelle took exceptional care of us throughout the evening and went above and beyond to make my sister's birthday truly special and memorable. I mean look how cute the heart is that she made for us. Marcus was attentive and professional, ensuring our sparkling and still water were always filled and helping keep our table cleared and comfortable throughout the meal. The food was outstanding, but it was the exceptional service from the entire team that made this experience unforgettable. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit!”
“Had such an amazing experience at Seoul Prime in Falls Church! We reserved a private room for a birthday dinner and the ambiance was absolutely perfect. It was such an intimate, classy, and fun atmosphere for celebrating with friends and family. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we walked in. Huge shoutout to our server, Yen, who was seriously incredible. She was so sweet, attentive, patient, and accommodating with allergies, which made everyone feel really comfortable and cared for. She checked in on us the perfect amount, made sure everything came out smoothly, and had such a warm and positive energy the whole night. Truly one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere! The food quality was AMAZING. Every cut of meat was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can really tell they care about quality here. Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully prepared. What really stood out was how much the staff genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. For the level of service, atmosphere, and food you’re getting, the price is honestly so worth it. Perfect spot for birthdays, celebrations, or just a really special dinner night. One more shoutout to my girl Yen for making the night extra special. She absolutely elevated the entire experience. We’ll definitely be back!”
“My sister and I had an amazing time at Seoul Prime. I could (and will) wax poetic about how delicious every dish, drink, and banchan we had was, and everything truly was incredible, but first I want to shoutout Courtney, our server, who made this experience so special. Courtney was thoughtful and went above and beyond—she offered great recs and insight into the menu, and her genuine spirit made us feel so at home. The other staff we encountered were also great. This will definitely be a must-visit for me every time I’m in town. Long live Korean food, and long live Seoul Prime. What we ate/drank (highly recommend): • Fried Beef Dumpling - love the crispness and flavor of the mandu + dipping sauce • Fried Brussels Sprouts - favorite iteration of the modern brussel. The sweet & spicy sauce takes an already solid dish over the top • Kimchi Pork Stew - the way the pork melts in your mouth needs to be studied. Just wow • Kimchi Wagyu Dolsot and Galbi Dolsot Bibimbab - hot, sizzling bowls of goodness. Loved how crispy the rice at the bottom gets, and how fresh all the ingredients are • Crème Brûlée Cheesecake - perfection. If I were local, this would be a weekly sweet treat for me • Lemonade - super refreshing and not overly sweet • Korean Espresso Martini - my sister described this as creamy, smooth, bold and light lol • Banchan - just brilliant all around. I will be thinking about the bean sprouts, cucumber kimchi, pickled onions & jalapeños, and everything about this experience for a very long time”
“I had an amazing restaurant week dinner at Seoul Prime. Our server Yen was so kind and well versed on the menu! The restaurant itself is super stylish and has a great ambience. You can have an actual conversation with someone and eat food in peace! Our server informed us that the meat is never frozen and was diligent about cooking our meat to our liking. Great service and also delicious food! We had the volcano egg, corn cheese, scallion pancake, and the juk with seafood along with the Seoul Steak Tour. She timed the food so well that we were able to pace ourselves through the evening. I never felt rushed, which I appreciated. Great spot and great deal for restaurant week!”
“Sister restaurant to Honest Grill, the decor is very similar as is their menu offering. This is the more upscale version compared to Honest Grill. We ordered the Prime Steak tour which was $75 a person. This included Banchan, Scallion Salad, a choice of one side item per person and ice cream. The meat selection was: Dry Aged Ribeye, Dry Aged Ribeye Cap, Prime Short Rib and Marinated Prime Galbi. My favorite was Dry Aged Ribeye and Ribeye Cap. Very tender and juicy and cooked medium rare. The short rib was good but was disappointed with the marinated prime galbi- it was too tough and chewy. The kimchi pork stew and soybean brisket soups was so good, one of the best ones. The service was just outstanding! I highly recommend the Prime steak tour. The 4% Fairfax county food tax sucks, so you are paying 10% tax when you dine here, so that makes the Prime Steak tour price to $82.50 per person.”
