“We came here for dinner for two and had a really nice overall experience. The food was fresh, well-presented, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Each dish felt balanced and thoughtfully prepared. Our favorite was the cod with chanterelles and the carrots with crab — a great mix of flavors and textures. The ahi tuna tartare was good too, though not quite as memorable as the other dishes. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the meal. The drinks were excellent — complex, well-crafted, and full of flavor. The Heat Check was fruity and refreshing, while the Coronation and Tuckamore were a bit heavier but still very enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. It’s a small, busy spot, so making a reservation is a good idea. Prices are on the higher side and portions aren’t very large, but the quality makes it worthwhile. If you’re quite hungry, it’s best to order a few dishes to share. Overall, Bar Kismet offers great dining experience — fresh food, great drinks, and warm, attentive service. We’d be happy to come back.”
