“This should 100% be a 5 star sushi spot- tender fresh fish served with carefully curated toppings. Hand rolls, salmon sashimi platter, cucumber salad and the fried rice were all amazing! Really high quality sushi, well worth the price!”

“Overall a great experience. We were seated promptly, even before our reservation time and the rest of our party. Drinks were well crafted and tasty. Appetizer was delicious - spicy edamame. We got the sushi/sashimi board for 6 as the main course, and it was equally beautiful and delicious. We used the pro tip of adding albacore to the green machine, and loved it. Our server was professional and polite, as was the rest of the staff we interacted with. I will definitely come back again.”

“When I order in person for a sit down they put a good amount of sauce on the roll. This is a $20 roll so pretty expensive. When I get takeout for my wife they don’t put any sauce( barely any) on the roll. We all know that the sauce at bamboo really is good. And it makes a huge difference. Without it it’s just a dry roll. Please make sure to add more sauce to the rolls for takeout in the future.”
