“First time trying this place and I’ll definitely be back! The food was amazing and the service was top notch. The staff were all very nice and patient. I went with my husband and kids, and unfortunately my kids can be very loud and active, but I never felt uncomfortable at all. I wish I had gotten our server’s name because she was incredibly kind, and the host was also so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and taking such great care of us. The place itself was very cozy, the ambiance was beautiful, and the music made the experience even better. Great place overall can’t wait to come back!”
“We had dinner here last night, and it was hands down some of the best sushi we've ever had. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine smiles that set the tone for a great experience. Oz, our server, was fantastic-attentive, friendly, and full of excellent recommendations that we're so glad we followed. We were lucky enough to sit at the sushi bar, where we met Noah, whose skill and craftsmanship truly elevated the evening. Every roll he prepared was not only delicious but beautifully executed, and the pairings were spot on. The menu itself stood out as creative and unique —very different from your typical sushi spot. It made the whole experience feel fun and exciting, and honestly, we wanted to try everything. We left already talking about our next visit. If you're looking for fresh, high-quality sushi with great service and a memorable atmosphere, this place is a must. Garden of Eden, Island Hopper and the albacore with crispy onion ended up being just a few of our favorites. They also have a great beverage menu, including several craft cocktails, and beers. My favorite was all of the nonalcoholic options. Great indoor area for dining as well as dining outside. Come and enjoy!”
“Sushi rolls tasted good. Fish quality was acceptable. I cannot recommend the oyster here. Service was ok. We did patio seating, but I recommend indoor for two reason. Probably will received better service. A bit slow on the patio and also random foul smell when the breeze shifts. Parking can be challenging as it is downtown so just street parking.”
“prefacing this with saying i went to the denver location the month prior, and was very impressed there, so was hoping for the same experience, but was disappointed. it felt like the quality wasn’t the same as what i experienced in denver. i got the spicy salmon roll, and it was good, but not nearly as mind blowing as the first experience i had in denver. my husband got quite the line up of crispy rice spicy tuna, and some nigiri options, which he enjoyed. he did note it was the best spicy tuna crispy rice he’s had (and he’s had a lot). my friend got the green machine roll, which she liked a lot! she also ordered the crispy chicken per the recommendation of our waiter, and it was really bland. the crisp on the chicken was great, but there was no flavor. the lemon dill aioli that came with it was also overall lacking flavor. it seems the tempura batter maybe needs a little seasoning, but i’m sure they just use the same one for their rolls as well and have to keep it one-note. our waiter did not check in on us for majority of the visit, nor asked us how the food was. we did mention our disappointment with the chicken dish (that was only 1/3 eaten), and there wasn’t any remedy or confirmation of how we felt. overall it just wasn’t the experience i had at the denver location. maybe it was just an off night.”
“Overall, I will not come back. Best dish was the ceviche with taro chips otherwise, food was mid, karage chicken was raw or cold half of the plate, service seems like they were generally dont want to be there and not justify the price. Service: We went during happy hour and the server’s face turned so unhappy after we asked for the happy hour menu. He probably was having a bad day, or the place doesn’t treat their employees so well somehow. Food: sashimi and/or nigiri was so mid…the tuna was actively stinky 😬. We ordered a cooked roll to see if it tastes better, and nope the entire roll was just so bland and flat on flavor. The chicken karage was raw in the middle, or cold or recooked/deep fried too many times that it ended up chewy.”
