“Rancho Cielo does such great work with the students. The campus is beautiful! It provides an amazing location for the kids to relax and learn, away from the stressors of a normal school of this type. I was lucky enough to sit in on a podcast where 2 culinary students were interviewed. After hearing how Rancho Cielo caught their attention from the school that they had attended prior, to their transformation Rancho gave them and about their new hope for the future that they now have, I got pretty emotional. Great things are happening here!”

“My son played here at Jazz at the Ranch with the Monterey Jazz Festival All Star Band. Super cool location off the beaten path. Stage and venue was amazing. Great sound, too. Lovely ladies working the green room and an overall wonderful event. Incredible mountain views and sunset, too. Highly recommended!”

“This review is not directed at Rancho Cielo School as a whole, but specifically at the Silver Star Youth Program and certain staff members involved. While Rancho Cielo offers a beautiful campus, valuable opportunities, and a strong mission for helping youth, my experience with the Silver Star Program was disappointing. My daughter and I experienced ongoing issues with staff behavior, including unprofessional communication and interactions that did not create a supportive, safe, or positive learning environment. Concerns brought to program leadership were not taken as seriously as they should have been so I'm not happy with that. Despite these challenges, my daughter worked very hard, completed additional work from home, and graduated early. I am proud of her dedication and determination throughout the process although it was not easy with the added unnecessary issues we experienced. I would recommend Rancho Cielo overall, but based on our personal experience, I would not recommend the Silver Star Program to anyone. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT GRADUATION AT ALL. I have been reaching out to school different departments for a week with no return phone calls, emails or a messages. This is not unusual.”
