“Beautiful place, cozy, cute and staff is amazing 👏 🤩 food was absolutely worth the price. Do not let this little gem slip away without trying! 5/5 would come back!”
“Holy smokes, this place is amazing! We were in the area on vacation from the East Coast, and were looking for a special meal for our 36th anniversary. From the moment we walked in we were under a culinary spell - everything was stupendous, from appetizer to dessert. (The burrata disappeared so quickly I didn't get a photo.) My husband had the risotto, and the sauce was incredibly unctuous and flavorful. My twin filets were perfectly medium rare, and the Brussels sprouts were heavenly. I had Affogato for dessert, creamy double vanilla ice cream with a shot of espresso, such a perfect end to a delightful meal. Our server was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I absolutely would put this restaurant into my regular rotation if I lived closer!”
“Originally we were seated upstairs there was quite a few other people up there with children and it was really loud. We asked to be seated downstairs they were happy to oblige us. The hostess and waitress were fantastic. The food was excellent. My wife really enjoyed the scallops and crab ravioli. Their wicked sauce (ragu) was outstanding. We ordered it mild and it came out with just the right amount of heat for both us. You can't go wrong with the twin tenderloin. The red velvet cake and chocolate tart were outstanding. I highly recommend the espresso martini for a dessert drink.”
“Cute location and friendly staff at the front. I stopped in to check out the menu and have a snack. There is both a butternut squash and pear ravioli on the menu at the moment, both are made in house per the staff and I look forward to sampling them in the future. As I was dining alone I went for the fish and chips, a mainstay for me. While the fish was certenly fresh it lacked seasoning. The chips were good. They taste clean, which I assume means the fryers in use are well maintained with clean oil. After asking for salt it did improve the fish. Again, perfectly cooked and fresh. I'd like to try this again in a year and see if the back changes anything. The tartar sauce was slightly sweet, delicate, and had a great texture. If I had to guess, it's also made in-house. It's nice, unique from a typical remoulade. The atmosphere is fine, it's the view and location that allows this to exist. While I was on the first floor the view was still very nice. There are a lot of hard surfaces and huge windows, so it was a bit loud with a 10 top in the corner and a 2 top on the other side and me which is about 30% full. It's not bad, but be aware it isn't quiet. The second floor may have more acoustic treatments. Overall, I'd visit Gino's again. The menu is quite large for the size of the kitchen, in my opinion. I love seeing Lomo saltado on the menu along side filet mignon and house made ravioli.”
“Food was good, I wouldn’t say top notch Italian. Both mine and my wife’s meals were definitely over salted and we felt extremely bloated and the portions weren’t that huge I’d say. Chocolate cake dessert was tasty and very saturated with coco. I’d say the location has a nice chill vibe and a great atmosphere and good cocktails. That’s what stood out the most.”
