“We overindulged for our anniversary dinner. The mocktails were delish, we will probably pass on the shrimp cocktail next time only to leave more room for the main course. Two medium rare ribeyes cooked to perfection, Mac and cheese was good, mushrooms were good, but the main side dishes we will order again would have to be the creamed spinach and the french fries. Everyone was friendly and the booth we reserved was intimate and set a great tone for our experience. We have a ton of leftovers and will absolutely be back.”
“Loved everything! The drinks, our shrimp cocktail, and our meals were PHENOMENAL. Big ups to the chef! Great flavor to the steak , braised brisket was BOMB! The Mac & Cheese and the veggies were very very good. My mom had the meatloaf....excellent. she really enjoyed it!”
“I am NYC’er and this GB food crushed. *caveat is that we ordered two dishes that were the weekly special, Wagyu and Lobster Pasta. Both were fantastic and we got the wedge salad and the French onion soup to start. The Buttermilk chicken also looked awesome”
“Started dinner with a martini was a little pricey. We had a Caesar salad to start dinner for the main course. My wife had the Pacific snapper with a side of jumbo lump crab, mashed potatoes, and the house, vegetable medley. I had a veal chop with the bone in along with jumbo lump crab, mashed potatoes and vegetable medley it was a little overcooked. I ordered it medium rare and it came more on the well-done side. We ended dinner with desserts. My wife had the tiramisu which she said was delicious and I had the carrot cake which didn’t have any carrots, raisins, and was very dry overall, dinner experience was a seven out of 10 the weight staff or fantastic and the atmosphere was nice”
“I was able to get a reservation on the same day and was really excited. Service was prompt and attentive. I ordered the NY strip medium-rare. When I got my dish, I didn't think it was medium-rare but didn't want to send it back and make a fuss, and it was dark inside the restaurant, so I couldn't really tell how raw the meat was and just kept eating it, mostly the edges. I got full pretty quick and probably ate 1/4th of the dish and decided to take it home. But the next day, I noticed that the steak was rare. Perfect char on the outside, but the cow was still mooing. Lesson learned: as a paying customer, just complain right there and then. The sides were great as usual, and so was the dessert.”
