Led by Maui natives Chef Partner Taylor Ponte and General Manager Partner Natasha Ponte, Aurum Maui's design connects the restaurant's ambiance to the island's essence. The organic, curving elements reflect Maui's natural beauty, inspired by its lush landscapes, dark stones, pristine sands, and shimmering waters. Our modern palette incorporates earthy tones, while innovative design techniques diffuse natural light, creating a soft, intimate dining experience that mirrors the island's tranquility.
