Lanai City Grill is neighborhood restaurant and bar with live music every night on our patio under the famous Cook Pines. The Grill is a place where locals and visitors celebrate, relax, and restore themselves with a shared spirit of Aloha. Our Island Bistro style menu has a focus on local fish, meat and produce, as well as meats free of antibiotics and added hormones, all prepared in fun, flavor forward preparations. We use peanut and rice bran oil in our fryers, no seed oils, and we create our dishes with all clean, natural ingredients. LCG has an all day full bar program, featuring our version of classic cocktails, and island-inspired originals. Also featured is a full lineup of craft beers, along with island favorites. It’s Summer time and we found the ideal white wine for warm weather sipping and to enjoy with the lighter foods of Summertime. If Italy were a leg, this dry, uplifting white would be grown in the “shin” of the leg—Campania, the same region home to Naples, the Amalfi Coast and My Vesuvius. The Falanghina grape variety was believed to have been brought to Italy by the Greeks BC. This time of the year that neighborhood would be brimming with all kinds of fresh vegetables and fresh seafood from the coast fishing villages. I am so anxious to see what Chef Christian Page and his team come up with this month. Every single dinner we have done has been so enlightening, special & so unique.
