“We were served by Xia. I took my wife out for her for her birthday. 3 things I had here which were the best we ever had. We had the perfect wellington. We had the perfect pecan (their house salad is so good). We had the perfect scallop. We were enjoying our starter and I was explaining how difficult it is to cook scallops, and was splitting hairs, and was telling my wife how this tinier one was just a tad overcooked, but our vigilant waitress Xia overheard, and despite my protests, she had another scallop prepared, and my god, she came back with the perfect scallop. Excellent texture, cooked to the point where the fishiness is cooked out, but does not become firm. Holy mother of good, was it good. We were nerding out, and were more than happy with what we had, but Xia went out of her way to make sure we had perfection. I was blown away by this level of pride in their cooking. Then our wellingtons came out. Game over man. Game freaking over. Those wellingtons, (ramsays signature dish) were only unobtanium to us, but the puff pastry, perfect, the duxelle, perfect, they had a pate in there, perfect. In between one of our courses, they gave us a palate cleanser in the form of sorbet, and we decided we would have to have some of that for dessert too, so we had the sorbet and gelato for desert, and lo and behold, they bring out a little birthday cupcake for her, with a very elegant “Happy Birthday!” on the plate. For fine dining going forward, The Chop House is our only choice. We love this place and everyone who works there. Thank you for blowing our minds with excellent food, service, and pride in your service and culinary artistry. We are so glad a place like this exists, and I wish I could have busted out a Michelin star myself.”

“Early new years eve celebration for 2. Food was great, lobster bisque to start, was ver flavorful and very creamy, beef wellington was done to perfection. The wagu steak was seasoned and just perfect, put the peppercorn sauce to top it off. Roasted broccoli and veggies along with the cheesy augratin very enjoyable dinner, staff was very attentive never went without freshened water or requests if we needed anything.”

“Absolutely incredible experience at The Chop House. From start to finish, everything we ordered was delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked, the flavors were rich, one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was amazing and very attentive without being overbearing. The cheese plate was phenomenal beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The Au-Grain potatoes were a tad bit on the salty side for my preference. Overall a fantastic meal.”

“Went here for my birthday. Loved the atmosphere. The food presentation was great. I thought the food itself could have been better. My husband had red wine, and it had a unusual amount of sediment in it. That was a bit of a disappointment for how much it cost. The staff however was great.”

“Came for a beef wellington left with disappointment Go out to treat yourself to a nice meal for your birthday. Scallops app was meh. Beef wellington suppose to be medium rare. Came rare rare as in the steak was still ice cold. I haven't had a wellington since 2018 in Vegas cause not my places make em. Only reason why I chose the Chop House. They reheat the wellington and bring it back on plate without the sauce. Lack of detail to attention and care. I didn't stay for dessert cause who could handle all 3 courses to be a disappointment. 4-5 star wannabe with a 2-3 star mentality and attitude. First time and only time. Thanks for wasting my money.”
