“A bit on the pricier side but the portion size is very healthy and tasty. After finishing almost all of my plate save for a few garlic fries, I'm so full that I felt sleepy. Lol. Good job on keeping to the vintage look of the building. The skull painting in the men's restroom down the winding stairs into the low ceiling basement was my aha moment. I was thinking to myself "this is a dungeony place for a washroom" then boom, the glamorous skull face smiling at me. Very fitting and actually nice.”

We chose to dine in the boiler room which was a neat experience and fun for our date night. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great burger. Our server was very friendly and helpful with suggestions to make our meal even better which we appreciated. Will be back!”

That said, there is a small but meaningful opportunity for refinement in the smash burger itself. A slightly more robust patty or adjusted technique could allow for more pronounced edge crisping while preserving a juicy center—elevating texture and contrast without altering the core profile. As it stands, it is already good; with that adjustment, it could become exceptional. The space itself reflects a modern, trendy sensibility while remaining clean and approachable. Service was a standout: friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming throughout. The staff’s ability to engage—particularly in highlighting the final dessert portion—added a layer of personality to the experience. Water was consistently topped up without prompting, a small detail that reinforces attentiveness and care. Value aligns well with the quality delivered. The patty had the same bland, overly processed flavor that you would find at a fast food chain, and the bun, while soft, lacked any distinctive flavor or texture. It felt like a fast-food burger with a slightly better presentation. The toppings, which were meant to elevate the burger, also fell short. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, but the overall combination didn’t offer anything unique. If you’re looking for an exciting or inventive burger, this isn’t it. Instead, it felt like a burger you could get at a chain restaurant, but with a slightly pricier tag. Now, let’s talk about the fries. I had heard great things about them and was looking forward to some crispy, golden fries to accompany my meal. But once again, I was disappointed. The fries were limp and lacking that crispy crunch that makes a good fry memorable. Frankly, I found myself thinking that McDonald's fries are far superior. Their fries have that perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside that is hard to beat, and sadly, Fox Burger didn’t even come close to that standard. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fine, though. It had a casual vibe with comfortable seating, and the decor was charming. If you’re just looking for a place to grab a quick bite with friends or family, this might be a good option. But if you’re craving a top-tier burger or a more unique dining experience, you might want to look elsewhere.”
