“I ordered takeout a few weeks back and everything was so fresh. The staff was nice and go everything to me quick. Definitely one of the best burgers in the city!”
“I ordered what I believe was the bacon pepper burger along with the regular fries, and everything was honestly really good. The burger was very flavorful, fresh, and cooked well — definitely very tasty. The fries were also great and paired perfectly with the meal. On top of the food, the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. The location itself is also really nice, clean, and has a good atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back to try more items on the menu”
“I have eaten here a few times now. Thelis most recent outing was during brunch. I still got a burger because I always feel like a burger. The potatoes were so delicate and crispy. It was maybe the best potaoe hash I ever had. Simple and delicious.”
“This is the first burger place I have been in that has a cozy sit down restaurant feel. A small room but quiet enough and comfortable. Service was great and one can tell that the staff are invested in the place and not just there for the paycheque. I tried the bacon pepper smash and it had some good flavours. I would have preferred a warmer bun but maybe it was not the norm that it was on the cool side. Nevertheless I enjoyed the burger and will definitely come back to try some different ones.”
“Hit and miss. I've had really good burgers here but the last couple haven't been great. The grilled chicken patty seemed more boiled than grilled. Totally flavourless. The little bit of colour you see was from the tomato jam on the bun... it was pretty much an even white across the board. I've also tried all but one of the salads and each one was so acidic I couldn't finish. That said, I give it two stars instead of one because their beef burgers and fries are some of the best I've had in Edmonton. Now that I've had to cut down on red meat and fried foods for health reasons, I don't think this can be our go-to take out place anymore. It's a bummer because it's my partner's favourite restaurant. If updates are made to the grilled chicken or salad dressings, i'll be back for sure!”
