“£28 For pizza espresso martini and the 10% service fee. So a but expensive. But you are paying to be on the rooftop bar. Food and drinks were fantastic, just like the view. They do allow small pets on the rooftop bar. Certainly experienced. I cannot get back home so enjoyed myself.”

“Had a great time at Cold Town House. I ordered a pizza, cider, and ice cream for dessert, and everything was delicious. The food arrived relatively quickly, and I appreciated that you can order online. The system even lets you know if the kitchen is backed up or if there will be a longer wait, which is a nice touch. One minor annoyance was that the pizza comes uncut, so you’ll need to slice it yourself at the table. The location is fantastic, right next to Edinburgh Castle, making it a great place to stop while exploring the city. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and it was the perfect spot to catch up with friends over good food and drinks. Overall, a great experience with tasty food, convenient ordering, and an unbeatable location.”

“We had a great time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was quick for both food and drinks. We had a table reserved upstairs on the roof terrace, with a fab view of Edinburgh Castle. There was a great buzz in here. Highly recommend a visit.”

“Very nice location at Grassmarket. We got a table on the rooftop and really enjoyed the beautiful weather and terrace. The fish & chips were among the best we’ve had in Edinburgh – crispy and fresh. Most of the staff were friendly, though unfortunately our waitress came across as a bit snobbish. Overall still a good experience.”
